Andree has 25 years' experience in Learning & Development, Coaching and HR and has worked with staff and managers at all levels within blue chip global companies, private sector and the voluntary sector organisations. For the past fourteen years she has been working as a Learning & Development Consultant and Coach. Prior to that was employed as an HR & Training Manager for the UK's No 1 retailer where she gained a wealth of valuable experience over a seven year period.
Through her wealth of experience in business and with people, she has also mentored small to medium size organisations to identify and develop their vision and objectives and help them grow and develop their staff.
She has delivered management and Leadership courses for companies such as Petroplus, Coblefret, Barclays, Canary Wharf Group, Wilson James, Hitachi Rail, J F Hillebrand, Sainsburys , ECMWF, Computacenter, Atos, Wilson James, E2C Rail, The Port of Tilbury, MOD/ Civil Service and local and Borough councils, Luton & Beds Fire and Rescue Service and charitable sector clients.
Behavioural Change programmes such as Emotional Intelligence, Presence & Impact, Behind the Mask (authenticity), Welcome to Excellence (Customer Service). HR related courses such as Recruitment & Selection, Appraisal Skills, Disciplinary Investigation Techniques and Performance Management (incl Disciplinary and Grievance process).
Andree is CIPD qualified, and holds a professional training qualification, a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, a qualified NLP Practitioner and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
